4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Average delivery time within the United States is 5–12 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or supply chain issues.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order ships.

 

 

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

We allow returns within 30 days only if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT.

Class Action Waiver

Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group.
 If this waiver is unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim must be litigated in court.
